Student Ambassadors

College Park Academy Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors are a small group of students dedicated to the positive promotion of College Park Academy. They will work on a volunteer basis to serve as liaisons between the current College Park Academy community and visitors, locally, nationally, or internationally. Student ambassadors will also help with the College Park Academy PBIS program. Student Ambassadors are visible at many campus events that are geared towards the community, consisting of board members, international visitors, and even our own students.

 

Bearing in mind that Student Ambassadors serve as an essential component to College Park Academy’s Public Relations effort, several responsibilities encompass the role of a Student Ambassador;

• Positively represent the CPA student body
• Act as an ambassador from the student body to prospective students, families, and visitors at the above mentioned events
• Properly explain the history and vision of the school

• Sharpen communication and public speaking skills
• Improve interpersonal and conversational skills
• Enhance confidence when speaking and interacting with many members of the HHS community
• Develop networking skills through participation at exciting events
• Develop leadership skills to use in college and beyond
• Become eligible for Student Ambassador scholarships
• Build college application

Qualifications to Apply;

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Completed application (2020/2021 Application Coming Soon)
• Strong work ethic and responsibility
• Good discipline standing
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Willingness to develop and improve marketing and communication skills
