SchoolMax Family Portal & SchoolMessenger

To receive Robo Communications from College Park Academy, parents are responsible for ensuring they have both accounts. Keep in mind you’ll need to use the same email address for SchoolMax Family Portal, SchoolMessenger and it must match the email address in SchoolMax on the Staff/Employee side. When you receive a missed call from CPA, ALWAYS wait for the voicemail.  Listen to the voicemail prior to calling the school.  We do not know who called you unless you tell us.  Most of the time, it’s a Robo Call. 1. An Active SchoolMax Family Portal Account (each parent will need their own account)

Parents: If you have not registered using the new Parent Self-Service Registration process (implemented April 2014), you will no longer be able to reset your password. Please go to Parent Registration to register.

2.  An Active SchoolMessenger AccountFollow these steps to create an account through the secure SchoolMessenger website.

In SchoolMessenger you can control the language preference and how you receive your communications (SMS, phone, email). 

  • Under Interests, select ALL of them (Attendance box and District 2 Box must be checked)

  • Under Notification Preferences / Contact – add your email address and numbers

  • You can only access SchoolMessenger via the link  (Do Not use the appSchoolMessenger website.

  • Verify your account within 24 hours.
